STEP (Student Training in Engineering Program), formerly known as Engineering Practicum, is a 12-week internship for first and second-year undergraduate students with a passion for computer science. The internship program has a focus of providing development opportunities to students from groups historically underrepresented in tech, through technical training and professional development.

BOLD interns join teams across Sales, Marketing, People Operations, and many others to identify challenges, collaborate on building solutions, and drive meaningful change for clients and users — all while developing skills and building careers.

APMMs are economists, art historians, English majors, and more, united by a shared passion for technology and a healthy disregard for the impossible. As an APMM, you become part of a diverse community of the next generation of marketers. Together, you’ll be stewards of the Google brand, you’ll drive strategic projects, and you’ll grow as marketers.
